(Resurrected) Crash a computer with 1 command

Need revenge on a friend for that so-called "mishap"? Here's how!

First gain their IP address. I do this by distracting them, then using the "ipconfig" command in CMD, but if you play Minecraft on a server, use their server IP. Take their IP and type this command into CMD: 

ping IPA.DDR.E.SS 1000000000

Note your computer will crash too, so close all windows and prepare to crash.
